Philosophy.
We fundamentally operate according to a simple principle:
1. Planning
Definition of requirements and application area for the test cell to be developed.
2. Design
CAD simulation of the test cell to be manufactured and creation of drawings.
3. Manufacturing
Manufacturing of the test cell on state-of-the-art machines.

01.
In the first step, we jointly evaluate the requirements, application area, and purpose of the test cell to be developed. A concrete, initial depiction of the test cell is the first important milestone in building a long-term functional and high-quality fuel cell.
02.
In the second step, the test cell is designed on the computer using CAD. The extent of this process is entirely determined by the customer. Often, drawings are already available, and specific ideas for the final components are defined—in other cases, the components are designed from scratch. Here, the architectural aspects, the gas flow field, the gas supply lines, and the materials of the respective fuel cell are closely examined in the context of their intended use.
03.
In step three, the manufacturing of the cell is initiated based on the drawings developed for the test cell in step two. With access to state-of-the-art machinery, we can not only precisely work with all suitable materials but also respond highly efficiently and flexibly. Even delicate structures in the micrometer range, such as those used in the automotive industry or aerospace, are no obstacle for us.
